[ALL] Exam Bootcamp!

Don Jerusha and I have planned a "boot camp" to help prepare students for final exams. We will be providing healthy food such as veggies and dip, and pita and hummus (tying in with the "boot camp" theme). We will be taking them through a workout that consists of: study prep ("warm-up"), scheduling and managing their study time before and throughout the exam season ("endurance"), and addressing self-care such as quick relaxation/meditation techniques ("cool down"). Each student will be given a handout that pertains to all three of these sections in order to give them a concise guide to look back on. At the end of the workshop, students will be able to create an "Exam Starter Pack" which will include exam essentials (pens, pencils, post-its, tea, bubble wrap, granola bars).
