[ALL] De-Stress Yourself!

This workshop is going to be a stress management workshop. Students will be able to reflect from the marks they have gotten back from their classes and their academic stressors thus far. This will be done either anonymously through the post-its I will be giving them and/or if they're comfortable, I will make them pair and share. In the larger group, I will ask what the students discussed and will find a common theme for their stressors and talk about how to address it for the upcoming months.
I will then be talking about positive self-talk techniques, importance of balance, and focusing on things and events that can be changed (ex. through acquiring help from office hours, accessing learning strategists etc). Towards the end of the workshop, I will have a "DIY" component where students will be able to put together a "Post-Midterms/Stress Management" Kit which would include tea bags, academic resources, bubble wrap, positive self-talk examples, small snacks, etc.
